By accessing and purchasing through StoneSet Shop, you agree to these Terms.

Products

Product colours, textures and finishes shown online are indicative only and may vary naturally between batches, stone types and screen displays.

Coverage rates, application guidance and performance information are provided as general guidance only and may vary depending on substrate condition, weather, installation methods and project conditions.

Orders

Orders may be refused, cancelled or adjusted where:

  • stock becomes unavailable;
  • pricing errors occur;
  • freight cannot be fulfilled; or
  • incorrect customer information is supplied.

Pricing

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Use of Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application and installed according to StoneSet recommendations.

StoneSet accepts no responsibility for outcomes caused by:

  • incorrect installation;
  • substrate movement;
  • environmental conditions;
  • application outside specifications;
  • misuse or inadequate preparation.

Intellectual Property

All content on StoneSet Shop including images, descriptions, branding and graphics remains the property of StoneSet.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoneSet’s liability is limited to replacement, repair or refund of affected products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
