Unlike our other StoneSet resin systems, PourOn Gravel Binder Light uses a transparent, water-based acrylic copolymer that provides a gentle but effective hold on loose stones. It maintains excellent clarity, resists weathering and cures with minimal surface tack preserving the clean, decorative appearance of your gravel.

PourOn Gravel Binder Light provides a tidy, low-maintenance finish that keeps small decorative areas looking sharp without locking the stone too rigidly. It’s the simplified, cost-effective way to enhance the usability and appearance of your loose stone — while keeping things easy for DIY. It is also Australian made.

Easy as...

  • 1 - Prepare

    Ensure a level compacted base using road base or blue metal for an even permeable finish

  • 2 - Lay

    Apply small aggregate/stone/mulch to your area and ensure it is level. Apply correct application of Gravel Binder Light to cover the area

  • 3 - Set

    Use a trowel to spread polymer across surface evenly and leave to dry for 24 hours. Apply second coat and leave for another 24-48 hours before resuming normal traffic

Application rate and installation

Pour-On Application:
Apply at 1 litre per m² per coat, with a minimum of 2 coats required.

Spray-On Application:
Dilute at a ratio of 1 litre of water to every 5 litres of binder.
Coverage is approximately 6 m² per 5 litres (once diluted) per coat.

Pre-Mix Application:
Coverage is subject to stone size; as a guide, allow 5 litres of binder per 120 kg of stone.
